2026 Texas SCTP Scholarship Raffle

Benefiting the Texas SCTP State Championship Scholarship Fund

1 · Organizer & Authority

This raffle is conducted by Texas SCTP, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, under the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (Tex. Occ. Code §2002). Texas SCTP retains all records for the statutory three-year period.

2 · Purpose

Net proceeds support scholarships for youth athletes competing in the 2026 Texas SCTP State Championship.

3 · Agreement to Rules

By purchasing a ticket, entrants accept these Official Rules and all decisions of Texas SCTP (“Organizer”), which are final and binding.

4 · Raffle Format

Single-draw raffle. Each ticket may win one prize.
Grand Prize: Beretta DT-11 “Pyramide” O/U shotgun – Serial # PYR009 (one-of-a-kind).

5 · Eligibility

• U.S. residents 18 + only.

• Must be legally able to possess a firearm.

• Void outside Texas and wherever prohibited.

6 · Ticket Limit & Odds

Maximum 2,500 tickets. Odds = tickets purchased ÷ tickets sold.

7 · Ticket Sales

• Online: https://www.texassctp.com/beretta-dt-11-pyramide-raffle

• In-person: Texas SCTP events through 2:30 PM CST on June 14 2026.

• All sales final; declined or reversed payments void the entries.

8 · Drawing

Random drawing on Sunday, June 14 2026 during the State Championship awards ceremony. Organizer may postpone for force-majeure events with notice on texassctp.com.

9 · Winner Notification & Alternate Procedures

Organizer will attempt notification by email and phone. If contact cannot be confirmed after three attempts within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be drawn.

10 · Prize-Claim Requirements

A selected entrant becomes an Official Winner after:

1. Eligibility confirmed & government ID verified.

2. Required affidavit/IRS forms completed.

3. Prize claimed within 72 hours of notification/availability.

11 · Firearm Transfer

• Winner must pass all federal, state, and local background checks.

• Transfer through Northlake Clay Target Sports (Northlake, TX) or any FFL the winner designates.

• Winner pays all FFL, background-check, and shipping fees.

• No proxies or “straw” purchasers; the name on the ticket must match the transferee on ATF Form 4473.

12 · Taxes & Reporting

Winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes valued at $600 + generate Form W-2G/1099-MISC.

13 · Prize Substitution

If the firearm becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Organizer’s control, Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value or refund ticket purchases.

14 · Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Prize is awarded “as is,” without warranty. By accepting a prize, winner releases Texas SCTP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

15 · Privacy & Publicity

Names and cities of winners may be publicized. Email addresses may be shared with select raffle sponsors; no financial or mailing-address data will be disclosed.

16 · Disqualification / Fraud

Organizer may disqualify any entry suspected of tampering, fraud, or payment reversal.

17 · Disputes & Governing Law

All disputes are governed by Texas law; venue lies in Denton County, TX. Entrants waive class-action rights and agree to individual resolution. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect
