What Teams Can Pay Here

• League & Tournament Entry Fees – Entry fees for Texas SCTP league, regional, statewide, and other SCTP tournaments administered by Texas SCTP .

• Texas SCTP Events - Fees for other Texas SCTP events in which a team participates as a team. 

• Team Invoices – Payment of any official invoice issued to your team by Texas SCTP. 

DO NOT PAY ANY NATIONAL SCTP TOURNAMENT FEES THROUGH THIS PORTAL - Only Texas SCTP event fees are to be paid using this portal.

Payment Guidelines

• Tournament Payment Deadline – Tournament entry fees must be paid within one week of registration. Teams should register only athletes who are committed to participate. 

  1. All athletes still registered at deadline are owed the registration fees due - no refunds.

  2. For any later additions after the one-week payment deadline, registration fees are due immediately.

  3. Drops do not reduce team tournament fee balance owed.

  4. Substitutions are allowed before registration closes if squadding is unaffected.

  5. Pre-squadding procedures for State and Regionals tournaments will follow separate payment procedures to be communicated later.

• ACH-Only: All transactions must be completed electronically through our secure Jotform + Square ACH system.

• No Parent Payments: This form is strictly for team treasurers, head coaches, or designated team officials. Parents should pay their teams directly, not Texas SCTP.

• Receipts Provided: A payment confirmation is automatically emailed upon submission.

• Posting Timeframe: Payments are applied to your team’s Texas SCTP account within 3–5 business days.
