What Teams Can Pay Here

• League & Tournament Entry Fees – league, regional and statewide and SCTP events hosted by Texas SCTP.

• Texas SCTP Events - any events in which teams choose to participate as a team.

• Team Invoices – any official invoice issued by Texas SCTP.

Payment Guidelines

• ACH-Only: All transactions must be completed electronically through our secure Jotform + Square ACH system.

• No Parent Payments: This form is strictly for team treasurers, head coaches, or designated team officials. Parents should pay their teams directly, not Texas SCTP.

• Receipts Provided: A payment confirmation is automatically emailed upon submission.

• Posting Timeframe: Payments are applied to your team’s Texas SCTP account within 3–5 business days.
